Rodeo Event Updates and Team Lead Information

Excitement is building as the rodeo quickly approaches, and we are thrilled to see the record number of volunteers who have already committed to making this event a success.  Let’s keep the momentum going!

Since this is the largest group of church volunteers we’ve ever had for a rodeo event, this new page on our website is just for y’all!  Here we will be posting the scheduled pre-rodeo events that you can sign up for.  All of these events will also be listed in the online calendar, but this page aggregates the information for you.  Check back weekly as we add events and hone the timeline.

Here are the important dates and times for the upcoming rodeo, as well as information about your team lead coordinators:

February 24th @ 8:00 AM

Meet at the church. Teams will be going throughout the county to post advertising signs.

March 3rd @ 9:00 AM

Meet at the church. Teams will be hanging sponsor banners.  (Alert due to the weather this event will be rescheduled!)

April 4th (Time To Be Determined)

Pre-Rodeo Prep Day.

April 5th (Time To Be Determined)

Rodeo Day 1.

April 6th (Time To Be Determined)

Rodeo Day 2.
