Brooke's Round Up 2024 - Everything you need to know before you go!

When is the event?

Brooke's Round Up 2024 will take place on Saturday September 21, 2024.  This event takes place rain or shine--UNLESS there is a regional, state or national weather emergency.  Please check the weather before you go and follow all recommendations by the authorities.  Your safety is paramount to us.

Time and Location

The event takes place at "The Ponderosa" the home of Blazin' Trails Cowboy Church.  We are located at:

1222 Ponderosa Road Lincolnton, NC 28092

The event begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM.

How to Register

All participants are required to register for the event AND sign a liability release.

We recommend registering in advance.   This year we have rolled out a brand new ONLINE all-in-one registration and liability release form.  You can find it by following the QR Code on the flyer below.

Please note you will be asked as a parent or guardian to sign the liability form  at our registration table.  However pre-registering online will save you time and make the process much faster allowing you and your participant to get right to the fun!

Who is invited
This event is for all special needs individuals and their families in our community. Regardless of age or disability, there are activities for all to enjoy. Please do not be hesitant to come. We have participants with all levels of mobility and health needs. No matter what, we will find something to put a smile on your face--that's what Brooke would want!
Parking
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a dedicated parking team that can assist you. Our facilities are set up to accommodate any specialized vehicle you might have: Group home buses, vans with wheelchair lifts, etc. For individuals who are able to walk unassisted you may be asked to park further from registration to accommodate those with more specialized needs. The maximum distance you could be placed is about 100 yards. Not to worry though--we have dedicated drivers to pick you up in wagons and UTVs. When you arrive simply ask your parking greeter and explain your needs. They are happy to help!
Bathrooms
Not to worry, at Blazin' Trails Cowboy Church we have ADA compliant restrooms!

This event is totally FREE for special needs individuals and their families. Our goal is to provide you a day of 0% stress and 100% FUN! Brooke's Round Up is fully funded by Blazin' Trails Cowboy Church.
