When is the event?<\/h3>\n

Brooke's Round Up 2025 will take place on Saturday September 27, 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0 This event takes place rain or shine--UNLESS there is a regional, state or national weather emergency.\u00a0 Please check the weather before you go and follow all recommendations by the authorities.\u00a0 Your safety is paramount to us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The event takes place at \"The Ponderosa\" the home of Blazin' Trails Cowboy Church.\u00a0 We are located at:<\/p>\n

The event begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

How to Register<\/h3>\n

All participants are required to register for the event AND sign a liability release.<\/p>\n

We recommend registering in advance.\u00a0 \u00a0Please use our ONLINE all-in-one registration and liability release form<\/strong>.\u00a0 You can find it by clicking on the link at the top of the page.<\/p>\n

Please note you will be asked as a parent or guardian to sign the liability form\u00a0 at our registration table.\u00a0 However pre-registering online will save you time and make the process much faster allowing you and your participant to get right to the fun!<\/p>\n

Who is invited<\/i> <\/i> <\/a> <\/div>
This event is for all special needs individuals and their families in our community. Regardless of age or disability, there are activities for all to enjoy. Please do not be hesitant to come. We have participants with all levels of mobility and health needs. No matter what, we will find something to put a smile on your face--that's what Brooke would want!<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Parking<\/i> <\/i> <\/a> <\/div>
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a dedicated parking team that can assist you. Our facilities are set up to accommodate any specialized vehicle you might have: Group home buses, vans with wheelchair lifts, etc. For individuals who are able to walk unassisted you may be asked to park further from registration to accommodate those with more specialized needs. The maximum distance you could be placed is about 100 yards. Not to worry though--we have dedicated drivers to pick you up in wagons and UTVs. When you arrive simply ask your parking greeter and explain your needs. They are happy to help!<\/div><\/div><\/div>

This event is totally FREE for special needs individuals and their families. Our goal is to provide you a day of 0% stress and 100% FUN! Brooke's Round Up is fully funded by Blazin' Trails Cowboy Church.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
